They need to create a new four-letter word to sum up the torture that is Urbana Seminars. I don't know who they are, and I would help them if I wasn't caught in the web of said-torture myself, but it definitely needs to be done. I cannot even begin to explain the complexity (is that how you spell that word?). It feels like one giant - and by giant I mean something the size of say, a blue whale - ball of knotted string that I am trying to untangle. Pull here and it tightens there; oh, didn't you notice that it's connected to that section over there?; beginning? end? - who knows!?! Argh. Argh. ARGH.
